Happy and healthy employees are productive employees, and heightened productivity impacts the bottom line. This panel will explore the impacts of Corporate Social Responsibility on employee morale, retention and overall job satisfaction. Topics of discussion will include how CSR is being used by corporations “behind the scenes” through healthy working environments, benefits packages and involvement in fundraisers and charities relevant to employees. Panelists will also discuss CSR’s impact on productivity and the general work environment. |

Tony Petrucci, Human Resources Management Instructor - Moderator | ||||
Mr. Tony Petrucci is the founder of Career Movement Executive Search, a firm servicing companies in finding top talent at the executive and middle management levels. In 2008, he also founded Career Movement Leadership Consulting, Executive Coaching and Outplacement. During his eight-year tenure at ARAMARK, he rose from director to vice president of human resources, overseeing human resources strategy for 14,000 employees. Mr. Petrucci has served as a faculty member at Holy Family University, Saint Joseph’s University and the Fox School’s MBA programs. He has published two books on leadership, multi-site management, and career development. Mr. Petrucci earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering technology from the University of Dayton and his MBA from the University of Louisville after spending four years as a commanding officer in the U.S. Army. He is pursuing a PhD in organizational leadership from Regent University. |

Dave Stangis, HR at Campbell Soup | ||||
Dave Stangis is Vice President of CSR and Sustainability for the Campbell Soup Company. Campbell's is the world's largest soup manufacturer, and comprises other brands such as Pepperidge Farm, V8, Pace, Prego and Swanson. Dave is responsible for designing and leading Campbell’s overarching CSR/Sustainability strategy. He heads a global CSR Network organization and oversees the execution of CSR and Sustainability goals, policies, programs, engagement and reporting for the company. Dave works in collaboration with Campbell business units and functions to deliver long term business value across broad CSR platforms including the Marketplace, Community, Environmental Sustainability and the Workplace. Since arriving at Campbell Soup, the company has been named to the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes, the 100 Best Corporate Citizens List and as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies. Prior to joining Campbell, Dave worked at Intel for 12 years where he created and led the Corporate Responsibility function. Dave is on the advisory boards of Net Impact, University of Detroit College of Business, and Ethical Corporation magazine. He earned his MBA from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Occupational and Environmental Health from Wayne State University in Detroit. |

KENNETH L. EWELL, Executive Vice President at The Graham Company | ||||
Ken Ewell is Executive Vice President of The Graham Company, Philadelphia’s largest privately-held insurance brokerage & consulting firm ranked among the Top 100 brokers nationally. Graham has been serving a select group of clients for over 50 years by improving employee safety and business viability through an action oriented approach to risk management. Graham employs 150 professionals, and has earned several top business honors including: #1 Best Place To Work (2008 & 2009), Philadelphia Business Journal; and Top Workplaces Award (2010), The Philadelphia Inquirer. Ken started his career in the Engineering Products Division of Xerox Corp. He joined Graham in 1989 and worked his way up through various positions becoming a member of the ownership team in 2000. Ken is responsible for leading all of Graham’s Client Services including Account Managers, Claims Consultants and Safety Services teams. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining The Graham Company’s numerous insurance carrier relationships as well as overseeing the Personal Lines Department and the agency’s Employee Benefits Division which he helped launch in 2005. Ken’s is currently enrolled in Temples Executive MBA Program, and his undergraduate major at Temple University was Mechanical Engineering. He has also completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at the Wharton School of Business. Ken resides in Medford, NJ and is married with four children ages 22, 20, 16 and 15. |
